Renting the Jennie Lane Cottage
After Labor Day and before Memorial Day, rentals are on a daily basis, with a two-day minimum, for $275 a night. Weekly rates also are available.
Adults and children are welcome, but our homeowners association prohibits pets. The Jennie Lane Cottage is a no-smoking environment.
Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are not provided, but are available from local companies. You can get more information on linen rentals on our links page under “Services.”

The cottage has heat and air conditioning so you can rent it all through the year.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, rentals are on a weekly basis. Rates range from $1,700 to $2,700 a week. Rentals start at 2:00 pm on Sunday and end at 10:00 am the following Sunday.
